Today we spotlight Built To Spill, one of the Northwest’s most important bands…

“The 1st album in 5 years (and 7th overall) from Doug Martsch and co. is a typically expansive recording that reflects a variety of influences while still sounding very much like Built to Spill. While Martsch has always been the driving force behind Built to Spill, the band took a more collaborative approach when making You in Reverse and ended up with a warm, loose sound that suits the band well.” – Don Yates
