Weird at My School: Needlepunk 2.0

Oh sure, it might not look like I’ve made much progress in the last two months. But keep in mind, each canvas has over 48,500 stitches. Sheesh.

Not only is DJ El Toro reproducing a series of classic LP covers, full-scale, in 18 gauge needlepoint, but he is also the host of the overnight show In Between Sleep & Reason, Wednesday mornings from 1 AM to 6 AM on KEXP 90.3 FM Seattle and kexp.org. His column, Weird At My School, appears every Monday on the KEXP Blog.
