Ready for the dancefloor? In this week’s roundup of new releases, you’ll want to be, with the latest from Röyksopp, Pet Shop Boys, MSTRKRFT, MF Doom, KMFDM, and Jeremy Jay. Other new albums that should get you shuffling your feet over to your favorite record store come from The Decemberists, Dan Deacon, Amadou & Mariam, Harlem Shakes, Peter Doherty, Fever Ray, The 1990′s, and The Vines. This is a good week for quirky side projects also, with the latest from Swan Lake (Spencer Krug of Wolf Parade, Dan Bejar of Destroyer, and Carey Mercer of Frog Eyes), Lotus Plaza (Lockett Pundt of Deerhunter), and Condo Fucks (the Yo La Tengo crew). Also of interest are the many reissues, including Pearl Jam‘s Ten, a pair from Dukes of the Stratosphear, three more Radiohead reissues, and a remastered version of Red Red Meat‘s Bunny Gets Paid on Sub Pop.
