Video of the Week: Bobby Bare Jr.

A long time friend and supporter of KEXP, Bobby Bare Jr. is always good for an entertaining, humorous, adeptly performed and surprising set of music. While he was in town for a stretch recently, Bobby dropped by the station and played a couple of new songs, an older favorite, and a cover of America’s “I Need You.” You can check out three songs from the session below and download a third, of the new song he wrote with David Vandervelde as part of our Video of the Week podcast.

Yeah, Bobby is awesome all the way around. No matter how much music he puts out it never seems to be enough. I’m always wanting more and more and more. Keep it up Bobby, you’re a legend in the making.
