No blockbusters out this week, but there is a little bit of something for everybody to rock out with: there’s Nickodemus and Major Lazer for a bit of groove; for The Builders and the Butchers, Ha Ha Tonka and Rock Plaza Central for some countrified rock; Cassettes Won’t Listen for electro pop; The Legends and Magic Wands for reverb-laden pop; and then, there’s Spinal Tap for something somewhat like epic! A highlight for sure is the second full-length by Tiny Masters of Today -- siblings Ivan and Ada, aged 15 and 13 respectively -- who wrote, produced and recorded much of the album themselves! Check out the rest on Largehearted Boy’s list, sample a few tracks below, and rock on over to your favorite record store.
