Prepare yourself for copious amounts of cuteness! The family showcase at Cupcake Royale during KEXP’s Hood to Hood West Seattle event was filled filled to capacity on Friday with lots of adorable little buggers dancing, coloring, and having a good time. KEXP provided the activities, Cupcake Royale served the tasty treats, and Seattle bands The Not-Its, Board of Education, and Casper Babypants brought the smart, energetic, kid-friendly music. Thanks KEXP for remembering that kids love music! My kid loves the Hood to Hood challenge and was extra thrilled to go see Caspar Babypants (albeit bummed that there were no Presidents songs played).
Sooo fun! ...and to think WE are the ones who got to take the grandkids to their first ‘rock concert’! The Not It’s were the perfect way to start the day! Thanks KEXP - no such thing as too young to rock!
