Sunday might have been the final day of the 2010 Capitol Hill Block Party, but the bands weren’t going out without a fight!
Sunday featured the following Seattle based bands: hip hop duo Blue Scholars, folk pop group Grand Archives, ferocious punk rock from Steel Tigers of Death, electro rappers Mad Rad, acoustic folk trio Ravenna Woods, alt-country rockers The Maldives, lo-tech beat makers Truckasauras, indie pop from A Million Years Ago, neo-grunge group Constant Lovers, and the infamous Flexions.
Bands from elsewhere also helped tear up Capitol Hill: Los Angeles chamber pop band Pepper Rabbit, Nashville indie super group The Dead Weather, and Villagers from Ireland (featuring Conor J. O’Brien),
