Alejandra Deheza and Benjamin Curtis, better known as School of Seven Bells, stopped by to play a few tracks for live on KEXP recently. The band, hailed for their their lyrical-focused songwriting, performed a rare, stripped-down acoustic performance, thus leaving out the drum machines and pulsating rhythms found on their studio recordings. The end result is a a unique and intimate way to witness the shoegaze group untethered to all the genre-defining ethereal ambiance.
