Video Roundup: February 17, 2011

Okkervil River stopped by Jimmy Fallon’s late night show last month to play a couple songs off of their upcoming release, I Am Very Far. Now, catch a web-exclusive additional performance of non-album B-side “Weave Room Blues.” Backing Will Scheff’s traditional lineup were A.C. Newman (of The New Pornographers and Damon Bryson (of The Roots). Check out the video below.

The video for Cut Copy‘s “Need You Now,” opener for new album Zonoscope is a surreal clip that begins with a variety of athletes in friendly competition, but quickly devolves into some sort of medieval free-for-all. Watch the turvy-topsy video below.

Gold Panda‘s 2010 release Lucky Shiner was one of the best chilled-out electronic jams of last year, and on April 16th, Ghostly International will release album standout “Marriage” as a limited edition 12″ (with remixes) for Record Store Day. Watch the captivating new video below, which was shot on location in Germany, India, and Israel.
