Seattle’s favorite folk-revivalists Fleet Foxes are set to release their sophomore LP Helplessness Blues in May, but perhaps to make the wait more bearable, frontman Robin Pecknold has discreetly released a three-song EP via the @FleetFoxes twitter account. Says Robin, “these aren’t Fleet Foxes songs, but I didn’t know where else to disseminate it.” One of the three jams included, “I’m Losing Myself,” features a duet between Robin and Grizzly Bear frontman Ed Droste. Their layered vocal harmonies sound about as lovely as anything the Foxes have ever done. Stream and download all three songs below.
