LCD Soundsystem Wants Your Cloud Footage

As has already been reported, LCD Soundsystem is playing their final show this Saturday at Madison Square Garden. Director Lance Bangs is in charge of visuals for the show, and he recently put up a call for footage of clouds, shot from airplane windows. If he likes your footage, it could end up in the big show!

If you’ve got some stuff, shoot an email to cloudfootage@gmail.com with links to YouTube or Vimeo links of your footage. But hurry! The show is this Saturday, and they want your video no later than Friday.

For the rest of us who can’t make it and have never pointed a camera out an airplane window, Pitchfork has announced a live stream of the event that you can watch from the comfort of your own home. Don’t miss it, though - it will reportedly never be rebroadcast! Ever!

In the meantime, get yourself pumped with this fan-footage of the band performing “Dance Yrself Clean” live at the first of their farewell Terminal 5 shows.
