TV On the Radio Unveils Nine Types of Light Trailer

Apparently it’s a big day for bands at the movies because TV On the Radio has just released the trailer for a film that’s going to accompany their newest album, Nine Types of Light. The film is purported to be a “visual re-imagining” of the LP, directed by frontman Tunde Adebimpe. Intercut with music videos for every song on the album will be footage of various New Yorkers talking about topics like love, dreams, and fame. The trailer is fast-cut between what appears to be chase scenes, cartoons, some sensual moments, and some clips from the video for their single “Will Do.” Watch:
