
Seattle Center’s biggest and longest-running local music and arts festival Bumbershoot is entering its 41st year, and music fans all around the Pacific Northwest are getting a little antsy for the lineup. This year, the festival is announcing the artists in an interesting fashion: one artist per day, for the entire month of May.

Last year’s lineup included Bob Dylan, The Decemberists, Neko Case, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeroes, Ra Ra Riot, The English Beat, Japandroids, The Moondoggies, and Fresh Espresso, while past years have seen Modest Mouse, The Shins, Beck, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Franz Ferdinand, Metric, Raphael Saadiq, MSTRKRFT, Matt & Kim, Gogol Bordello, Holy Fuck, Flogging Molly, Lee “Scratch” Perry, John Vanderslice, and De La Soul.
