KEXP listeners tuned in last Friday for Ballard’s Hood to Hood live performances, and now KEXP is proud to announce live video from three very special performances at the Sunset Tavern. First up is the heartfelt acoustic jam “Won’t Let Go” from Seattle favorite David Bazan. Bazan is followed by Yuni in Taxco, a local five-piece whose beachgazing surf-pop was a hit, evoking thoughts of summer sun (even if Seattle’s weather tends not to cooperate). Finally, Point Juncture, WA joins the fray with “New Drags,” a lively if downtempo groover that’s punctuated by dueting guy/girl vocals and a surprise guitar freakout at the climax.
