Add this to your list of newly announced lineups: The Capitol Hill Block Party has added nine more bands to complete its 2011 roster.
The festival, which runs July 22-24, is now also featuring in its 15th year local rising stars The Head and The Heart, along with Best Coast, Grand Hallway, Baths, Shad, Kung Foo Grip, BFA, Cold Showers, and Dunes.
