Of course it had to be the warmest Seattle day this year so far when both the building A/C decided to take a nap and the local 6-member punk/power-pop group The Cute Lepers dropped by KEXP for a high-energy set on Sonic Reducer. Sweat poured from each member of the band -- Steve E. Nix on vocals and guitar, Stevie Kicks on bass and vocals, Meredith and Prisilla on backups and tambourine, Brian Yeager on lead guitar and Josh Kramer on drums -- as they blazed through songs from their latest release, Adventure Time, along with a few older favorites.
