Another great week for music in the Northwest. The week starts off strong with great shows from Wye Oak, Arctic Monkeys and the Vaccines, and then much harder bands later in the week at Neumo’s as part of the Seattle Tattoo Expo. On Friday, come down to the Seattle Center for Concerts at the Mural, a free show featuring Seapony, Gold Leaves, and Math and Physics Club, and later that evening the much anticipated (and re-scheduled) Adele show. We’ve even got the Go-Go’s at the Zoo, so there’s a little something for everyone this week. Here’s what’s going on around town:

The much anticipated re-scheduled show by British pop sensation Adele. The artist is returning to North America to resume touring in support of her breakthrough sophomore album 21. The 23 year old singer was forced to cancel her tour in early June due to laryngitis. All tickets from the postponed June 1st show will be honored at the door on the night of the newly scheduled August 12th show. One of the biggest shows of the week.
