This weekend is highlighted by the 2011 Seattle Folk Festival, a three-day folk bonanza “inspired by the cold, misty winters of the Pacific Northwest,” presented by Hearth Music and taking place in Columbia City. This year’s lineup is a venerable who’s-who of Pacific Northwest folk, including Kevin Murphy of The Moondoggies, Bryan John Appleby, Riley Baugus & Kirk Sutphin, The Canote Brothers, Youth Rescue Mission, Sons of Warren Oates, Pharis & Jason Romero, and Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen.
