  • Wilco has manifested itself into the cartoon realm – check out Tweedy & co. hand out spinach next to a docked Wilco ship. Maybe Wilco (The Album) should have been named Wilco (The Cartoon). Wilco will be in Seattle on February 7th.

  • “Not to my knowledge. Since the others don’t talk to me I wouldn’t know,” says former Joy Division bassist Peter Hook when questioned by MTV’s Hive regarding the Disney’s recent conversion of the iconic Unknown Pleasures album cover art into Mickey Mouse ears. Hook, though, is hardly distraught: “I have seen a lot of Mickey Mouse t-shirts in my time,” he wrote. “But I have to say this is probably the best.”
