The initial lineup of the 2012 Pitchfork Music Festival has just been announced! On Friday, July 13 through Sunday, July 15, a whole host of indie bands take to the field of Chicago’s Union Park. Among those announced are KEXP favorites Vampire Weekend, Grimes, Feist, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Hot Chip, and Cloud Nothings. No doubt the festival will sell out as it always does, so get your reasonably priced tickets (single-day for $45, all three days for $110) right when they go on sale Friday, March 9 at 12 PM CST.
