  • Beach House has officially released new single “Lazuli” on their Youtube channel. “Lazuli” is our second taste of the band’s new album Bloom. The song will see a Record Store Day release this Saturday on a 7″ backed with non-album track “Equal Mind”. Listen to it below:

  • Jack White is now streaming his solo release Blunderbuss in full over at the iTunes store. If you are a fan of White and his various side projects, the album does not disappoint. Check it out here.

  • Major Lazer has teamed up with Amber of Dirty Projectors for an incredible free single. “Get Free” will please fans of either crowd, featuring the quintessential Dirty Projectors vocals and the laid back reggae vibe of Major Lazer’s softer side (not the “Pon De Floor” melt-your-face-off with party rocking heat side). Grab the song here and check out the awesome video below:

  • Azealia Banks has further delayed her 1991 EP due to a shift in management. The EP, which was supposed to be released today, will be getter a full mastering treatment and proper release in a few months - hopefully, in time for summer playlisting.

I have a strong suspicion that the new album “Bloom” will be well received. Just listening to the cut, “Lazuli” proves my point. Great job Beach House!
