The best we can hope for when dealing with personal loss is to find some consolation or even inspiration that the person we grieve for can influence others for the better. Wes Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites, it was the early death of Josh Fraites, brother to Jeremiah and good friend to Wes, that brought the two together to work through their grief and eventually form a band. After a move to Colorado from New York, and teaming up with multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Neyla Pekarek, they’ve formed The Lumineers, and now shine brightly through the darkness. Following up their self-titled debut, released earlier this month, The Lumineers appeared as a full 5-piece band and performed live on the Morning Show with John. Check out the videos here:
