Of Monsters and Men during KEXP’s broadcast from KEX Hostel during Airwaves ’11

Iceland Airwaves just announced more bands for its 2012 lineup, including some KEXP listener faves: Dirty Projectors, The Vaccines, Moonface (Spencer Krug), and Purity Ring. Among the added Icelandic acts added are the hugely successful Of Monsters and Men, whom we first discovered at Airwaves in 2010, as well as others we’ve been fortunate to feature before: FM Belfast, Agent Fresco, Valdimar, Ólafur Arnalds, Mammút, Kiriyama Family, The Heavy Experience, and Just Another Snake Cult. Newly added bands Icelandic we can’t wait to check out include Sólstafir, Brain Police, Endless Dark, and SíSý Ey. Get more info here.
