Doomtree is a midwest hip-hop collective and label comprised of rappers, punk rockers, poets, and producers, all with successful solo careers who come together to create music with no expectations, no reservations, and most importantly, no limitations. Doomtree’s collaborative methodology results in a unique style of hip-hop, characterized by the sharp tongues and impressive vocabularies of its five emcees and the in-your-face beats from producers Lazerbeak and Paper Tiger. “We’re not really a band, but we do collaborate on songs, and when we collaborate we call that Doomtree,” says collective member Sims.
