  • Totally Extinct Enormous Dinosaurs took on the Foals single "My Number" with this electro remix. Barely resembling the original track which debuted on Jools Holland, the remix pulls in the hook from the original about halfway through. While the sound is divergent, it still captures the brooding moodiness the Foals are known for. Listen below. [Stereogum]

  • Blood Orange gives us this cover of "Cyan" by Kindness. Capturing both glistening and angsty vocals, Hynes said “I used drum elements from “Everything Is Embarassing,” then I invited my friend Tracy Antonopoulos (From the band Cable) round to come and sing some backing vocals." [fader]

  • Jose Gonzales most recent endeavor Junip released "Line of Fire" today - the beautiful track layers his voice alongside the guitar style he's known for. Their self-titled album will be out on Mute Records this spring. [Soundcloud]

  • Tegan and Sara's "I Was a Fool" channels their inner Kate Bush and Katy Perry - both of which the sisters were listening to while creating the new album Heartthrob. Catch the pop track below. [Stereogum]

  • While you have probably heard about 50% of the raucous surf/skate/punk tracks from Fidlar's self titled album, you can now stream the whole album. Featured tracks you might not have heard - "Cocaine," "5 to 9" or "Wait for the Man". [Pitchfork Advance]

  • Shlohmo has finally released "Later", a single from the anticipated upcoming album The Laid Out which will feature his collaboration with How To Dress Well. Until the album drops on March 5 via Friends of Friends / WeDidI, this single that pulls together noises that could be described as screeching but instead come across as amazing will have to hold us over.[LFTF]
