If it seems like everyone is reuniting lately, it's true, because now The Postal Service is back with a show and a re-release. Today we found out that not only will the band be releasing the Deluxe Tenth Anniversary Edition of Give Up on Sub Pop featuring two new tracks, "Turn Around" and "A Tattered Line of String," but that the recording o "Recycled Air" is from our very own Live At KEXP sessions! This deluxe edition will be available on April 9th throughout North America.[Pitchfork]

Partially local band Widowspeak (Molly Hamilton and Michael Stasiak of the band are from Tacoma!) released this new video for their song "Locusts" along with their new album, Almanac, available in stores today. Complete with go-go dancers and morose stares, as well as shot in black and white, the video is reminiscent of a 60's era dance show. [Pitchfork]

Elusive producer Gold Panda released a new EP called Trust today, which you can listen to here. “The inspiration was just getting away from computers/laptops made my arrangements a bit more free and natural I think," he said of the EP. For these songs, he not only used field recordings but also relied on analog equipment such as keyboards. [Clash]

Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile released his second album under the moniker Ducktails. Flower Lane sounds much like Real Estate, chill, languid, sleepy, and features collaborations from many, including Al Carlson, who also recorded and mixed Peaking Lights and Oneohtrix Point Never. You can currently stream The Ruby Suns' most recent album, Christopher. Where previous albums were recorded in Ryan McPhun's personal studio, this time they spent two weeks in New York with engineer Chris Cody who has previously worked with Grizzly Bear, Beach House and Gang Gang Dance. Considering the immersive experience that is the new album, their work with Cody is easily heard. [Pitchfork]

Aside from playing the President's Inaugural Ball, Soundgarden also debuted a new song. Caught on fan made video, the new song starts at about 3:30 with Chris Cornell on acoustic guitar. Slow, heavy, a bit droning - in other words, everything we would expect from the grunge elder gods. [Stereogum]
