Today, Canadian electro group A Tribe Called Red have unveiled a previously unreleased song they worked on with Das Racist for an imcomplete LP. Unfortunately, Das Racist broke up last year, while they were working on that album, so it probably won't see the light of day. The track features verses from both Heems and Kool A.D. [Pitchfork]

Indie rock band Oberhofer, the brainchild of Tacoma native Brad Oberhofer, are set to release their new EP later this month. Here's their new single "Together/Never", it's a melodious jam that you could replay for days without burning out. In today's world of overplayed annoyances, that's a serious compliment. Nostalgia drops on April 26 via Glassnote. [Stereogum]

Trevor Powers, aka Youth Lagoon, has shared his new video for "Mute". The narrative follows a lonely young man as he skateboards (and trespasses) through a creepy, supernatural neighborhood. [Pitchfork]

This is hands down the trippiest thing I have ever witnessed. British duo Basement Jaxx have been creating crazy dance tracks since the 90's, but they've outdone themselves with the video for "Back 2 The Wild". It's eccentric, bizarre and any other synonym for weird you can come up with. Of the current 300 views on YouTube I'm positive 200 are mine and I'm still not sure of what's happening. [CoS]

British electronic producer Gold Panda has a feisty new single out entitled "Brazil". This track has an almost spastic beat, which is different from his typical laid back style. He recently announced that his sophomore album Half of Where You Live will be available this summer. [Stereogum]
