KEXP

Tonight at 7 PM PT/10 PM ET, KEXP presents a live in-studio performance from Arcade Fire!

The Montreal, Quebec quintet are releasing their long-awaited fourth album Reflektor tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29th, on Merge Records. Recorded with James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, the album finds the band taking an ambitious dance-influenced direction. KEXP's Music Director Don Yates notes that Murphy "helps provide them with a more densely produced, rhythm-driven and bass-heavy take on the band’s epic rock sound, incorporating elements of disco, reggae, Haitian rara, glam rock and more on sprawling, impassioned songs about internet-age isolation and alienation."

You can hear for yourself on KEXP tonight, streaming live from Capitol Studios in Hollywood. Also, KEXP will be playing Arcade Fire songs, covers, remixes, and rarities all throughout the day, starting at 6 AM. Tune in to 90.3 FM in Seattle, or listen along worldwide at KEXP.ORG.
