Arcade Fire Announce North American Tour Dates (Including Seattle!)

We’re excited to announce that Arcade Fire have announced North American dates for their Reflektor tour, including a stop at the Gorge Amphitheatre on Friday, August 8th. Mark your calendars: tickets for the general public go on sale starting Friday, November 22nd.

Earlier today, we reported that the band opened their London show with a mariachi band and frontman Win Butler performing in a mask. Imagine what they’ll pull off at The Gorge.

I’m going to be pedantic here. The Gorge isn’t really Seattle, is it? I mean I’m sure it’ll be a great show, but there are definitely closer places. I get that they can get the BC and WA state crowds by holding it there, though, so makes sense.

I hope they play ‘Joan of Arc’ when I see them. That song is already a classic in my book: http://vimeo.com/78989253

Amazing band! They are headlining Primavera Sound in Spain also!
I saw them live in Dublin a few years ago and they were brilliant!
