  • Remember how we were telling you Mudhoney’s Mark Arm was going to be a guest on E! TV show The Soup? Well, you can now watch it below, and it’s every bit as surreal and hilarious as we hoped it would be! Mark, we hope you’ve recovered from the Jonas Brothers break-up. [Stereogum]

  • Speaking of surreal videos, Arcade Fire recently opened their London show with a masked Win Butler singing in the lobby with a mariachi band. Seattle eagerly anticipates what the Reflektor tour might bring to our town. [Pitchfork]

  • Sub Pop band Obits have launched a new video today for the track “Operation Bikini,” off their most recent release Bed & Bugs. Tune in tomorrow at 1:00 PM PT for a live session from the band, and catch them tomorrow night at Neumos. [Stereogum]

  • Legacy Recordings will be reissuing the acclaimed Uncle Tupelo debut album 1990′s No Depression on January 28th, as a two-disc expanded edition with rare and previously unreleased material. Below, you can stream one of those bonus tracks, a recently unearthed demo, recorded by the original trio of Jeff Tweedy, Jay Farrar, and Mike Heidorn in 1989. [Consequence of Sound]
