  • Here’s a little pre-weekend of adorableness courtesy of Belle and Sebastian. The Scottish indie-pop band performed for a group of sick children with the Song for Kids Foundation at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Their carefree rendition of Journey’s smash hit “Don’t Stop Believin’” was a perfect escape for their very precious audience. [CoS]

  • Danger Mouse and James Mercer, better known as Broken Bells, stopped by Conan last night to perform their new song “Control.” The slick, laid-back song is featured on their recently released album After The Disco. [Stereogum]

  • Every month James Blake does a little guest DJing on BBC Radio 1 and last month he debuted a track called “Bloke” by someone called “Simon Thallywacker.” Turns out that was a made up name and the song is actually “Girl” by Jamie xx. The joke doesn’t really make too much sense to me, but I guess it does add some intrigue. You can hear the track at the beginning of Blake’s mix HERE. [Pitchfork]
  • Coming off the recent release of their album Doom Abuse, The Faint have shared the video for “Evil Voices.” As the name would suggest, the visuals are a bit creepy and disturbing. Thankfully, there’s so much strobe lighting and fuzzy editing that you can’t really pinpoint exactly what’s going on. [Stereogum]
