  • The release of Jack White's highly anticipated album Lazaretto is just around the corner (June 10), and he's already shared the title track and the intense instrumental "High Ball Stepper." • Arcade Fire enlisted the talent of Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield for their "We Exist" video. It was filmed at earlier this year at Cochella and features Garfield meandering around the festival in drag. I'm surprised at how well he pulls off a dress. [Pitchfork]

  • Brooklyn punk rockers Parquet Courts have shared their new song "Instant Disassembly," a sprawling seven-minute number. The track is featured on their album Sunbathing Animal, which drops on June 3. You can catch the band at Sasquatch Music Festival on May 25. [Pitchfork]

  • For a man who has been in the business for fifty years, Paul McCartney sure knows how to keep his style fresh and inventive. His music video for the New track "Appreciate" takes you to a world where humans exist only in museums. Sir Paul is able to break free and bond with a high-tech robot named Newman and their interactions are oddly endearing. [CoS]
