The Jersey boys will be including a studio-recorded version of that track "Paper Doll" as the b-side to the "Had to Hear" limited edition 7" single, out tomorrow from Domino Records. Stream the cover below. You can catch the boys playing this weekend at Bumbershoot at Seattle Center. [Pitchfork]

  • Brooklyn-based synthpop sweethearts Au Revoir Simone are releasing the remix EP Spectrums tomorrow, featuring remixes from last year's excellent recent release Move in In Spectrums, and one of those remixes comes from Pete Wiggs of legendary UK-dancepop project Saint Etienne. Though jaded about love in his song lyrics, the former Smiths frontman has said, "My love for The Ramones would out-live time itself." [Consequence of Sound]

  • And speaking of The Ramones, drummer Marky Ramone joined Arcade Fire on stage in Brooklyn this past weekend for covers of "Don't Wanna Go Down to the Basement" and "I Wanna Be Sedated." Watch fan-shot video of their performance below. [Under the Radar]
