Now in its 26th year as Seattle’s major annual jazz festival, Earshot is known for presenting creative masters and important emerging artists, and for finding fresh synergies between international artists and Seattle’s incredibly fertile music scene. This year’s "Jazz-That-Matters" podcast is hosted by festival organizer John Gilbreath, who is also host of KEXP’s long running “Jazz Theater” program, and zeroes in on a creative cross section of artists appearing all around Seattle this fall.
