KEXP Presents: The Annual Shake the Shack Food Drive

Community Partnerships, Shake The Shack

KEXP

It's the best-kept secret in radio, but behind the foul, rowdy mouths of our Shake the Shack DJs, there are some very big hearts. This is never more evident than during their annual Shake the Shake Food Drive for Food Lifeline.

We encourage YOU to grab a can, and help fill the van! Donations are being accepted at the KEXP Front Desk during regular business hours ('til 6:00 PM). And tomorrow night, Friday, November 14th, the KEXP Front Desk will be open for extended hours, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so you can stop by on your way home from work and bring your donations to 113 Dexter Avenue North, at the intersection of Dexter and Denny. From 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday, DJ Leon Berman and Cousin Mike will be spinning their usual great mix of Rockabilly, Boogie Rhythm and Blues, Old Style Country, Surf to provide the soundtrack for your commute. For more information, visit our Community Partnership Initiative page and Audioasis page. Please join our Facebook Event and share with your friends! Below, you’ll find a list of suggested donations, courtesy of Food Lifeline. Thank you!
