  • Mark Lanegan shares a gorgeous new video for the track “Floors Of The Ocean” from his most-recent release, Phantom Radio. The abstract clip features ominous-looking storm clouds, as menacing and alluring as Lanegan’s voice itself. You can watch him perform more songs from the album in this KEXP in-studio session here. [Under the Radar]

  • UK singer/producer James Blake gives his own unique soulful spin to the Gorillaz hit “Feel Good Inc.” There’s no timestamp on the mix, but it resurfaced in a recent Fabriclive episode under his “Harmonimix” alias. Blake himself is slated to have a new album out in 2015, that may or may not, feature Kanye West, or so the rumors go. [Stereogum]

  • Chan Marshall hasn’t released any new material as Cat Power since her 2002 album Sun, but during a recent show in Istanbul, she shared a brand-new (still untitled) composition. Watch fan-shot footage of the performance below: [Consequence of Sound]

  • Toronto hip hop production trio BADBADNOTGOOD give a terrific spin to the Future Islands track “Seasons (Waiting On You).” The Canadian wizards insert some serious attitude into the synth-pop song. Download the remix for free at Amazon, and find the original version on Future Island’s 4AD full-length Singles. [Stereogum]
