Showcasing tracks from their recently released LP, Worship the Sun, Allah-Las pick up the melodic strains of yesteryear and drop them into the comfy confines of the KEXP live room. The Los Angeles four-piece wrap intricate harmonies, complex chord progressions, melodic bass and vintage percussion up in waves of sun drenched classic SoCal sound. From the grandiose garage tones of "De Vida Voz" to the deft surf psychedelia of "501-415", Allah-Las have captured a niche sound that seem somehow familiar, yet wholly original. Watch the full set and bask in their rare radiance.
