  • Seattle’s own S [aka Jenn Ghetto] has shared a new video today for the track “Tell Me,” off her most recent release Cool Choices. The former Carissa’s Wierd’s frontwoman filmed the charming clip herself using a webcam, capturing herself dancing alone in her apartment with her dog watching. Watch below. Cool Choices is out now via Hardly Art. [Stereogum]

  • Over the weekend, many local legends of grunge reconvened to pay tribute to the band Mad Season, including surviving members Mike McCready and Barrett Martin, along with Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell, Pearl Jam members Matt Cameron, Stone Gossard, and Jeff Ament, and Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan. Backed by the Seattle Symphony Orchestra, the group played an eight-song set at Benaroya Hall, concluding with the track “All Alone,” featuring the original vocal track of late frontman Layne Staley. Stream the title track “Dance 4 a Dollar” below, and pick up the EP on February 24th via Fool’s Gold. [Pitchfork]
