Consisting of rapper Stasia "Stas" Irons and singer Catherine "Cat" Harris-White, this locally formed duo have been dropping gems like dumb thieves since their 2012 debut, awE NaturalE. Even more adventurous, their new LP, EarthEE, creates an atmosphere both otherworldly and familiar through forward-thinking production and stream-of-consciousness verses, coating their unique style of hip-hop in currents of cosmic chillwaves. The title track to the album, today's featured song, is mindscape music at its best – ethereal, minimal, and subtlety tuneful. Waxing poetics over lushly swirling melodies and crisp percussion, Stas and Cat stretch out their vocal range as they penetrate your skull like psychology.

THEESatisfaction are about to embark on a national tour, supporting labelmates Sleater-Kinney.
