  • The wait is finally over! Frank Ocean has officially announced his plans to release a follow up to the critically acclaimed channel Orange. According to Ocean’s rep, we can expect Boys Don’t Cry in July. Music video director Nabil, who has worked frequently with Ocean, said of the album: “Everyone should be excited about this new album — that shit is fire. He’s making a great record. It blows the sophomore-album myth out of the water.” [CoS]
  • Cut Copy’s bass guitarist Ben Browning has debuted a new song from his upcoming solo album Turns (out June 16). “Make It Easy” is a bright, effervescent track that feels like it’s straight out of the 80s. [Stereogum]

  • St. Vincent has shared the full version of “Teenage Talk.” A snippet of the song first premiered on an episode of HBO’s Girls last month. The track fills you with teenage nostalgia and it’s such a stunner, that even the full four minutes doesn’t feel like enough. [CoS]

  • On June 15, The Antlers will drop The Antlers London, a recording of their live performance at Hackney Empire in London. The vinyl-only album features 13 songs, including the Familiar track “Doppelganger.” You can watch that performance below. [Pitchfork]
