  • TV on the Radio producer Dave Sitek has shared a new song, the first since 2010, under his Maximum Balloon moniker. “Let It Grow,” is a bright collaboration with his fellow TV on the Radio bandmate Tunde Adebimpe and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs Karen O. Listen below. [Pitchfork]

  • Youth Lagoon has announced that he will release a free single in select record stores tomorrow. The single is called “The Knower” and will officially drop on July 10. There’s a google map attachment that shows where you can pick it up for free – in Seattle it looks like Sonic Boom and Easy Street Records are the places to go. [Pitchfork]
  • During a concert in Chicago last night, Eddie Vedder was joined onstage by a few of his beloved Chicago Cubs. Together they sang “All the Way,” a song Vedder wrote for the Cubs. The Pearl Jam frontman also delivered a soulful rendition of “Corduroy,” complete with a saxophone solo. Thanks to fan footage you can check out both performances below. [CoS]
