Seattle's Dave Pezzner, or just Pezzner, has been one of the most respected figures in the local underground electronic music and dance community for the past decade. Beginning as one-half of the beloved duo Jacob London alongside fellow Seattle artist Bob Hansen, Pezzner has forged an exciting solo career with his playful, quirky, and intricate tech-house productions finding releases on Freerange, Crosstown Rebels, Systematic, and more. He's been staying busy in 2015 with the launch of his own label, Hunt & Gather Records, and his latest stellar single, "Protection", marked H&G's inaugural release. You'll hear "Protection" as well as his collaboration with KEXP's own Kid Hops ("Scissor In Law") in addition to an array of Pezzner's dancefloor faves in his exclusive mix for Midnight In A Perfect World.
