  • Chris Cornell's new album Higher Truth is out today. Thanks to Spotify, you can stream the entire album below. The 16-track record, produced by Brendan O"Brien (AC/DC and Bruce Springsteen), is Cornell's first solo offering since 2009's Scream. Six years is a long time, but it's well worth the wait. [CoS]

  • Chaz Bundick, better known by his stage name Toro Y Moi, has shared the video for the What For? track "Half Dome." The video is full of stunning time lapse shots of different locations throughout Yosemite National Park. [Pitchfork]

  • Father John Misty's "The Night Josh Tillman Came To Our Apartment" is a song where Misty pretty much just complains about his lover for three and a half minutes. In the video, while Misty's voice details a list of flaws, you see him drinking at a bar where he ends up picking up himself for a one night stand. It's actually pretty brilliant. [Stereogum]
