John Grant shares a video from his third full-length, Grey Tickles, Black Pressure, out now via Partisan. Watch the clip for "Down Here" below, directed by Lisa Gunning. In a press release, Gunning says, "I'd been wanting to make a video for John for a long time so when he sent me 'Down Here' it set off a number of things in my mind. I really listened to the track in minute detail, with all its twists and turns and out popped the [final] idea. The humor and the warm emotional twist of it just seemed to click with the tone of the music somehow. John was incredibly trusting and respectful and just let me get on with it. [Lead actor] Fraser [Buchanan] really stood out, something about his gentleness and his complete commitment to the idea. He's with the Ballet Rambert so he's physically strong and great at remembering the synchro moves. On retrospect I don't think we would have been able to make the video work without his experience as a dancer. Although it was never scripted, all the beautiful movement he did in the bedroom ended up being my favorite thing about the video." [Under the Radar]

Charlie Hilton, frontwoman of Portland band Blouse, will release her solo debut album, Palana, next month, but today you can check out the single "100 Million." Not only was the track produced by Jarvis Taveniere of Woods, but everyone's fave Mac DeMarco contributes backing vocals. Palana hits stores on January 22nd via Captured Tracks. [Stereogum]

Dinosaur Jr. are five nights deep into their seven-night residency at New York’s Bowery Ballroom in celebration of the 30th anniversary of their debut full-length. They've had some amazing guests so far (Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon and Lee Ranaldo, Jeff Tweedy, Henry Rollins, Bob Mould, Fred Armisen), but last night might take the cake: Mike Watt, Sharon Van Etten, Kurt Vile, and My Bloody Valentine’s Kevin Shields. Watch them perform the 1987 You Made Me Realise track "Thorn" below. We can't wait to see who they team up with next. [Consequence of Sound]
