  • Today, M.I.A. has released her latest – and possibly final – album AIM, the follow up to 2013’s Matangi. This album features collaborations with Diplo, Zayn Malik, and Skillrex. Thanks to Spotify you can stream the entire thing below. [Pitchfork]

  • Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have shared a perfectly simple video for their heartbreaking song “I Need You.” The video pulls footage from the documentary One More Time With Feeling, which explores the making of the album Skeleton Tree (out today) and the death of Cave’s teenage son Arthur last year. It’s powerful song that will stick with you long after it’s over. [Rolling Stone]

  • In 2014, Röyksopp released their final album The Inevitable End, with the promise that they would continue to release new music. They’ve delivered on that promise today. Check out the fun, dance-pop track “Never Ever,” a collaboration with Norwegian singer-songwriter Susanne Sundfør. [Stereogum]

  • Visual artist ANOHNI, aka Antony Hegarty, makes a powerful political statement in the new video for her HOPELESSNESS track “Crisis.” A woman intensely stares down the camera as she mouths the lyrics of the song, which was written about the numerous deaths at the hands of the United States military overseas. In a press release Hegarty said, “There is an unspoken sense that the atrocities our country has committed in the Middle East are too grave to really acknowledge or account for. And yet for peace to really take hold, there is no other road forward.” [SPIN]
