  • The rollout of new Arcade Fire begins! And it truly couldn’t happen at a better time. Stream the single “I Give You Power” below, which features guest vocals from legendary vocalist and civil rights activist Mavis Staples. The track is a Tidal exclusive (a company Win Butler and Régine Chassagne are part-owners of). All proceeds will be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union.   • Animated group Gorillaz have also chosen a perfect weekend to unveil new music. Stream the single “Hallelujah Money” below, featuring guest vocals from Mercury Prize-winning artist Benjamin Clementine. It’s our first taste of the band’s new LP, in stores later this year. Via a press release, bassist Murdoc shares, “In these dark times, we all need someone to look up to. Me. That’s why I’m giving you this new Gorillaz song, a lightning bolt of truth in a black night.   • And Ty Segall shares new music today, although his track doesn’t seem as overtly political as the others. Stream the single “Break A Guitar” below, from his forthcoming self-titled LP. Ty Segall the album hits stores on January 27th via Drag City, and Ty Segall the person hits Neumos on Thursday, March 2nd. [ Consequence of Sound]
