  • Moby has announced that he is releasing his 15th album and third in the past 14 months, Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt in March of next year. He's also shared the lead single for the album, "Like A Motherless Child" and comes with a black and white video. Moby released These Systems Are Failing in 2016 and More Fast Songs About the Apocalypse this year, both with his band the Void Pacific Choir. Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt (which takes its name from a quote from Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five) will be out March 2 via Mute.   • Lisa Prank (the musical alias of Robin Edwards) is teaming up with other awesome Seattle artists, including Bree McKenna of Tacocat and Tristan Jemsek of Dogbreth to make Lisa Prank & Seattle's Little Helpers. Together they're putting out a holiday EP called Gimme What I Want and today they've shared the lead single "All I Want For Christmas (Is To Be With You)" which has nothing to do with the Mariah Carey song of a similar title.   • James Blake stopped by Los Angeles' Immanuel Presbyterian Church on his tour and played three brand new songs live. Their titles are believed to be "Can't Believe That We Float" (or "Can't Believe The Way We Flow" according to other publications and is honestly more what it sounds like he's saying), "Asking For A Friend," and "Black Lung." He ended the set by segueing into a cover of Radiohead's "Videotape." No announcement of a forthcoming album has been made. Blake's last release was 2016's The Colour in Everything.   • Vince Staples song has been featured in the official trailer for upcoming Marvel movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Clearly, Marvel is a big fan of Staples. "BagBak," off of this year's Big Fish Theory, was featured in the Black Panther trailer as well as an episode of The Runaways.
