“One of the more entertaining new bands in Seattle, Iceage Cobra bring the rock in a big way with a high-energy mix of garage-rock, punk, metal, and even a bit of rap, powered by gonzo guitar riffs, multiple time changes, and ass-shaking beats.” - Don Yates
Their debut record, Brilliant Ideas from Amazing People is due out October 10 on Heavy Soul. Stream three songs from the record at their MySpace page.
Every Thursday, Jason Grimes puts on a really cool show at Nectar in Fremont. It’s called Thursday Night Rock! Tonight, Iceage Cobra is headlinging an awesome lineup with The Whore Moans, We Wrote the Book On Connectors, and American School of Warsaw. Don’t miss it! Iceage Cobra also performing live on Audioasis on October 28 at 8 pm.

It’s great to see these guys starting to get proper local attention. You’ll find Iceage Cobra fans in virtually every band they’ve shared a bill with, and to me that’s an excellent indication of… something.
Come to Nectar tonight and check it out…
