Pitchfork has a number of interesting stories today, as usual: Art Brut is set to release a new album called It’s A Bit Complicated on June 26; The New Pornographers announced a handful of dates for June and it sounds like they’re new album (late August) will be slightly more epic; more Smashing Pumpkins news and tour dates.
More Cowbell posted a nice feature on Calexico covering the Arcade Fire at the Rialto Theatre in Tuscon, AZ on 1/6/07. Here’s Calexico’s version of ‘Ocean of Noise’ from Neon Bible:
