Wow! Day 3 of the KEXP broadcast from Engine Studios in Chicago brought another amazing array of live performances from three solid Chicago bands and one pair of Kiwis: The M’s, David Vandervelde, Occidental Brothers Dance Band International, and The Ruby Suns. It’s impossible to put any one of these groups above the rest, but The M’s must win some kind of award for getting up early in the morning and delivering a rousing live set full of horns and harmony.
